Every iTelco customer can use their fax number to send and receive faxes without the need of a fax machine!

The service works by delivering copies of faxes sent to your number as an email attachment to your iTelco registered email address.

You can also send faxes out to normal fax machines anywhere in the world by sending an email with a recognised attachment to the iTelco faxmail service.

Setting up the users to receive faxes:

1. Log into the iTelco web portal

2. Click on Cloud PBX

3. Click on fax settings

4. Click on Faxmail delivery options

5. Enter the email addresses of the users you want to receive faxes sent to your fax number
