Step 1: Enable the web Interface of the phone:

Press the menu button on the phone
Select Basic Settings (scroll using arrow keys)
Select Other Option (scroll using arrow keys)
Select Embedded Web
Select On
Step 2: Then find the IP address of your phone:

Press the menu button on the phone
Select System Settings
Select Status
Select IPV4 settings
Select IP Address - The phone now displays the IP address that can be used in your web browser to access the embedded web server on the phone.
Open your web browser and enter the IP address of the phone in the browser address bar.
Ensure you do not have any spaces. eg: 192.168.10.20
The default username/password is admin/adminpass. You may be prompted to enter it twice.
Select the Maintenance Tab and in the ‘Provisioning Maintenance’ section, for the ‘Master File URL’ enter "http://config.itelco.nz/common.cfg" as show in the image below.
For setup for AUS, use http://config.itelcoau.com/common.cfg instead of http://config.itelco.nz/common.cfg
Click on Save and then click restart on the left hand side
Once the phone restarts complete Step 1: Enable the web Interface of the phone
& Step 2: Then find the IP address of your phone again.

Click on the VoIP Tab
Click Line 1 on the left hand side
Type in the phone number field the number being setup for this phone
Type the phone number in the authentication ID
Type in your iTelco password assigned to your VOIP number
Click save
Your number should now be registered to this device
For AUS setups, replace phone.itelco.nz to phone.itelcoau.com

Setting up flexible key settings:​

Click on Telephone Tab
Click on flexible key settings n the left hand side
Select the type required as One touch dial
Enter the phone number in the parameter field
Enter the name of the department or person of the number
Click save
GREEN LIGHT
Solid There is an internet connection and you are ready to make and receive calls. Slow FlashingThe base is being used for a call or the base is downloading data. Do not disconnect the base from the ethernet cable or the power outlet.Fast Flashing The handset is busy.
RED LIGHT
Solid The base has just been turned on but is not yet ready for calls Slow FlashingThe base is connecting to a handset. Fast Flashing The base is paging handsets after the handset locator button is pushed.
AMBER LIGHT
Solid The base's IP address might conflict with the IP address(es) of other devices connected to your network. You must contact your internet provider. Slow Flashing
The base is connected to an IP address.
The base is registering the phone system.
If the status light continues to flash and it is not for the above reasons, try resetting your equipment and contact your administrator.
OTHER
Slow change between red - green- amberThe base is in maintenance mode. Fast Flashing
red - green - amber The base is being used for a call or the base is downloading data. Do not disconnect the base from the ethernet cable or the power outlet.If the light is off the base is off, the Ethernet cable is not properly connected or your network device is off or not working.
Make sure the unit is plugged in correctly as below.
1: To turn on or off FWD, select Menu > FWD/DND > Line 1> FWD ALL or FWD BUSY> OFF/ON
2: To turn on or off DND, select Menu > FWD/DND > Line 1> DND > OFF/ON
3: To turn on or off Auto ANS> Press the Auto ANS button on the phone to turn on or off
4: To turn ringer volume up or down> On the phone press the + or - and press ok to set
