1. Copy and paste the following link into your Chrome Browser.
chrome://settings/content/notifications?search=notification
2. Once the settings page has opened up, type pbx into the search bar as below .
3. You will see a website link that will end in .pbx.itelco.nz:443 - this will be the link you use to log into the iConnex System.
4. Click on the round button as below.
5. Scroll down to notifications and make sure Notifications is set to 'Allow' from the drop down menu, as below.
Setting up your voicemail:
Dial your own extension number ( you will be greeted with a welcome recording for the first time)
Press 1 to record your name and press # when done
Record your Name:
This recording will be used in announcements to all callers. Users can choose not to record their name. The system will recite the extension number instead. The user's name can be recorded as follows:
Dial your extension number (if messages are waiting, press * to skip to the main menu).
Press 3.
Begin recording your name.
Press the #sign.
From here, users can listen to the recording (press 1), choose to use the recording (press 2), record again (press 3), or delete the recording and return to the previous menu (press 4).
Record a personal welcome message:
Dial extension number (if messages are waiting, press * to skip to the main menu).
Press 4.
Record your personal greeting.
Press the # sign.
From here, users can listen to the recording (press 1), choose to use the recording (press 2), record again (press 3), or delete the recording and return to the previous menu (press 4).
Listen to your messages:
Start reverse playback
Stop/resume playback
Start fast-forward playback
Hear the message again
Play message with envelop information (date, caller-ID).
Move or copy: To move message, press 1. To copy message, press 2. To record a comment, press 3.
Delete
Call back: To confirm the callback, press 1. To cancel the callback, press *.

Change your PIN:
Enter your new access code.
Use the access code.
Return to the main menu without using the new access code.
Record your name:
Record your name and press the # sign. Then choose from the following options:
Listen to recording.
Use recording.
Record again.
Delete recording.
Record a Greeting:
Record your greeting* and press the # sign. Then choose from the following options:
Listen to recording.
Use recording.
Record again.
Delete recording.
You can record up to five greetings.
If you have an existing extension you'd like to add to a queue, go to the menu on the left hand side, click on "Accounts" and select "Call Queues"
Select the queue you'd like to add the extension to
Under "Agent setup" press the "+" icon
Then tick any extension you want to add and click "Add" to load them up
Then to complete it all, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click "Save".
Notifications for most PCs are set to 15 seconds as a standard, this can be changed to shorter or longer time periods.
For Windows 10:
Click Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Other options. Click on the “Show notifications for” list box, then choose an appropriate time interval. You can choose from 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes.
For Windows 11:
Click Start > Settings > Accessability > Visual Effects. IUnder the “Dismiss notifications after this amount of time” list box, then choose an appropriate time interval. You can choose from 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes.
